Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Interdisciplinary Autism Therapy Center Director to lead our clinical management team. In this role, you will provide visionary leadership, oversee clinical quality, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration across all therapy services. You will work closely with our senior clinicians to ensure the highest quality care while managing the clinical operational aspects of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Leadership: Provide strong organizational leadership to ensure the growth and success of the center, aligning the clinical and operational goals with the overall mission of the organization.

  • Clinical Leadership: Supervise and mentor senior clinical and senior operational staff, providing guidance on performance and professional growth

  • Client Intake: Supervise the client intake process, ensuring seamless coordination from initial inquiry to the commencement of services.

  • Collaboration: Foster interdisciplinary collaboration across all therapy services, ensuring integrated care and communication.

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the clinical scheduling team, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor key metrics to ensure best-practice models are achieved

  • Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and community organizations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute training programs for clinical staff and contribute to the improvement of clinical SOPs and scorecards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s level or above clinician (licensed/certified), in good standing, with at least 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with autism

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting

  • Proven track record of leadership, demonstrating the ability to inspire and manage teams while driving organizational growth and success.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster team collaboration

  • Experience in developing professional relationships with clients, staff, and community partners

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent movement including standing, walking, sitting, and reaching

  • Ability to manage physically aggressive behaviors as part of crisis management training
