Your senior BCBA mentor will work side by side with you to build your caseload over your first 6 months with us.

This position requires a passionate individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with special needs. If you are a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working with children, we would love to hear from you. Join our team and help us create meaningful change in the lives of those we serve.
-Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
-Provide direct behavioral therapy to individuals with special needs and developmental disabilities
– Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior change
– Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
– Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of treatment goals
– Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management strategies

What Does KGH Need From You?
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certificate in good standing
- Completion of 8 hours of supervisor training (or pending completion)
- Functional understanding of advanced ABA principles
