We are an interdisciplinary autism therapy center operating in Madison, WI, and Deerfield, IL offering play-based ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health therapy, and psychological evaluation services. 

Are you a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, and/or Licensed Mental Health Professional? Do you have operational experience and/or have you overseen an autism therapy center or interdisciplinary team? If this is you, keep reading!

We are currently seeking an experienced master’s or doctoral-level licensed/certified clinician to lead and oversee our Madison, WI clinic as our Interdisciplinary Autism Therapy Center Director! Apply today for the opportunity to join the KGH Autism Services’ leadership team!

As the Interdisciplinary Autism Therapy Center Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Supervising KGH’s senior clinicians (senior level BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, and Mental Health professionals)
  • Providing leadership across the clinic
  • Ensuring satisfaction, quality, and operational metrics of the clinic are achieved
  • Building and maintaining relationships with referring providers and members of the community
  • Managing client intake process from initial lead to benefits check for your clinic
  • Overseeing clinical staff recruitment, including interviewing master level clinicians and others as needed
  • Monitoring and overseeing clinical quality metrics
  • Supporting supervisors in addressing client and staff issues and complaints
What Does KGH Need from You?
Required:
  • Minimum of a Master’s level licensed/certified clinician, in good standing
  • At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism in a clinical setting
  • At least 3 years of experience supervising others
Preferred:
  • Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM)
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR training
  • At least 2 years of multidisciplinary supervision experience
  • Experience working with management/leadership team
