Licensed Mental Health Clinician Responsibilities

  • Design and implement outpatient mental health treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) during afterschool hours
  • Conduct evaluations
  • Provide individual treatment
  • Conduct group sessions
  • Train parents
  • Consult with other professional across disciplines (i.e., occupational therapy, speech language therapy, applied behavior analysis)

Licensed Mental Health Clinician Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in social work or a related field
  • Licensed as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Wisconsin
  • Functional understanding of how Autism impacts the family system
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with ASD or related disorders
